So, for example, everyone knows that Levi Strauss and Wrangler jeans are a brand! Other brands of jeans, of course, are inferior to them in class. The same can be said about cars. If this car is the creation of the Japanese automotive industry, for example, Toyota, then everyone understands that this is a reliable, high-quality device. It is not for nothing that Toyota confidently ranks first in the world in terms of sales from year to year. What is there to say about global sales! Go out and look at the streets of Almaty and any person will be convinced that most of the cars are Japanese. This is understandable and natural. After all, every person wants to drive high-quality and reliable cars. And this desire of consumers is best met by Japanese cars. Accordingly, the high reputation of Japanese cars is reflected in such concepts as trademark and brand. That is, we can say that the concepts of "trademark" and "brand" are characteristics of high quality goods. But these concepts are in circulation only in public opinion. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, only a trademark exists legally. It should also be emphasized that the concept of "trademark" in legal terms, along with goods, also includes services. That is, the concept of "trademark" refers to both goods and services. The concepts of "trademark" and "brand" have no legal justification. Meanwhile, it is obvious that a trademark, trademark and brand are characteristics of goods and services as a means of their individualization, that is, their isolation in the vast world of a market economy. Here we can note some features of these concepts. It is obvious that trademark and trademark are synonymous. So, for example, in English, a trademark and a trademark are denoted by the same word "trade mark". In the Republic of Kazakhstan, only the concept of "trademark" can be legally used. As for the concept of "brand", it has no legal, legal justification. To a large extent, the concept of "brand" carries reputation and image meanings. A high brand level certainly leads to an increase in demand for such products and services.
